Of the Trenton strain of Dr J Schilling of Fort Wayne.  Imported to Australia in 1919 by the Bushell Bros of Sydney.  Uncle Sam flew 3 X 1,011 miles and he flew a 1,011 miles then only 3 days home he was sent to another 1,011 mile race of which he won and was the only bird to home. He was sold by the Bushell Bros for 25 pounds in 1922 to Mr Ted Chester of Queensland . Australia.
